What is Payzip?

Payzip is a central, online platform for your club's member payments. It solves the headache of collecting money with its time-saving admin features such as group invoicing, automatic payment reminders, and a single weekly payout that radically simplifies reconciling your accounts.

How does it work?

There are 2 ways to request payment:

Invoices - when you know exactly who should pay and how much
Pings - member opt-in payments, ideal for trip deposits, new kit orders - anything where members choose to pay

Payzip sends members a payment request by email. Your members view it online, then choose how they want to pay.

How do members pay?

They can use debit or credit card, and Apple Pay / Google Pay on supported devices. Payzip updates the balances for these payments automatically and immediately sends email payment receipts.

You can also record Bacs, cheque and cash payments. Email receipts are issued when you record these payments.

What does it cost?

There is a service fee on card/mobile payments of 4.95% + £0.35 per transaction. That's it. Everything else about Payzip is free. There are no subscriptions, no setup fees, no hidden costs - Payzip is completely pay-as-you-go.
